In Studio Ghibli’s film “Whisper of the Heart”, the Baron is a highly charismatic fictional character. His full name is Baron Humbert von Gikkingen, a dashing anthropomorphic gentleman cat dressed in an elegant suit, complete with a top hat and cane. His appearance is inspired by a cat statue that the protagonist, Shizuku Tsukishima, discovers in an antique shop.
